For NMBS/SNCB, we developed a groundbreaking concept exploring how AI-driven conversations can redefine soft skill training.

The goal: to create a safe, immersive environment where employees can practice challenging interpersonal situations, from customer communication to crisis management, guided by real-time, intelligent feedback.

AI Meets Extended Reality

The platform combines Virtual and Augmented Reality with the latest AI conversation technology to simulate realistic human interactions.
Learners engage directly with AI sparring partners who react naturally to tone, emotion, and choice of words, creating a sense of authenticity that traditional training simply can’t match.

Whether it’s defusing a conflict with a passenger or communicating under pressure, every conversation unfolds dynamically, allowing staff to learn by doing.

Personalized, Data-Driven Learning

Each session offers instant, personalized feedback and measurable insights into performance and progress.
Learners can train individually in VR, or as part of a group workshop using Mixed Reality in real-world environments like ticket counters or train carriages.
